This is the motto for our public health and clinic section. They run regular sessions on basic hygiene (ie importance of regular hand washing) and self care. More advanced preventative methods are taught by health workers from a local Gonoshasthaya Kendra health centre. We also teach and practice hygienic waste management and teach/demonstrate the importance of a clean environment.
